Alex is a Registered Osteopath, a Traditional Acupuncturist and Tuina Medical Massage Practitioner, Western Massage and Bodywork Practitioner and a Registered Paramedic.
He qualified in 2007 with a BSc (Hon) in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, Reading ( with a special interest in pain management, orthopaedics and sports injuries) and he is Tuina Chinese Medical Massage practitioner having studied both Classical Acupuncture and Tuina extensively in China and Europe.
He is also a registered Osteopath and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of The Institute of Osteopathy. Alex has also a Diploma in Western Massage and Bodywork and has completed the Bodymaster Method TM for Physical Therapists.
He believes in using evidence based treatments and encourages patients to take an active role in their own health and well-being. By addressing the cause of the symptoms and not just the symptoms themselves, he creates long-term results for a variety of conditions.
